This week at work we held a bake sale fundraiser to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. I didn’t have to think long before deciding that I would bake my aunt’s very delicious chocolate chip cheesecake squares. These sweet treats never disappoint and they helped raise money for a very worthy cause.
- 2 packages of chocolate chip cookie dough (16.5 oz)
- 2 packages of cream cheese (8 oz) softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a 9×13 baking pan spread one package of cookie dough to cover the whole bottom of the pan. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the layer of cookie dough. Finally, crumble the second package of cookie dough and sprinkle it over the cream cheese layer. Place it in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Delicious!
